The hoodie is fantastic, but I goofed by choosing the royal mail service, which led to it being held up at customs. Had to cough up some cash because of that, thanks to Brexit, lol. Other than that, everything's cool!

Shipping was fast, but it cost more than what was advertised on their site. Plus, I ended up shelling out around €22 in taxes for the delivery from the UK to Ireland, and they didn’t mention that at all when I made the purchase.

Another issue is that the item was described as being in 'good condition,' but the jacket, which seemed fine at first glance, is shedding goose feathers all over the place!

The sleeves are such a mess that I’ll either have to fork out €25 to get it sewn up or risk looking like I just rolled out of a henhouse!

Returning it? Ugh, not only would I have to deal with the hassle of An Post during the Christmas rush, but I also wouldn’t get my taxes refunded.

The clothing quality is top-notch. Communication was excellent and delivery was quick. The only drawback was the import tax and Brexit complications, which makes me hesitant to order again. Aside from that, it was a wonderful shopping experience! I’d definitely recommend it.

I ordered a couple of England rugby shirts that showed up fast, were priced right, and totally fit the description given. Just snagged a sweatshirt since I'm really into their gear! :)

I’m really pleased with the North Face jacket I got. It matched the description perfectly on the Headlock site. When I reached out for help, the team was super accommodating. I was a bit taken aback by a bill from the Irish postal service asking for around €23 in VAT before they’d deliver the package to my place in the west of Ireland, but that’s not on Headlock. I’ll definitely keep in mind that I need to consider 23% VAT for my next order. Overall, it was a solid purchase, and I’m looking forward to shopping with Headlock again.
